When I joined Dell I was unsure if my background in aeronautical and systems engineering would help me succeed in the tech industry. I’ve learned that both my background and the support from my leaders and peers are all I need to be successful. I’ve learned so much with their guidance which has helped me transition from associate to a senior systems engineer in a time I’ve been told is super fast! But I’m still learning, still growing, and still being challenged, and know that Dell will continue to support my career progression. |
I am very passionate about the work I do, which helps to resolve customer challenges, improve the planet and drive innovation. I work with the best brains every day to identify new and innovative solutions to delight our customers. I have moved from an individual contributor role to management and now I am Director of a Product Group which has provided me with not only confidence, but recognition and patents. I have 13 patents now. |
